Quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) play a critical role in the project design process, with a goal of pointing out flaws in the design and discrepancies between disciplines. Bluebeam holds significant power in bridging the long hallway and enhancing the QA/QC process through studio sessions and markup filters. There is also value in using Bluebeam tools during the construction period of the project to have a “live” set of drawings and specifications that all project representatives can access. This presentation will provide an overview of how to best utilize Bluebeam studio sessions, custom user profiles, and markup filters for QC, explain the benefits of using Bluebeam during the construction phase, and incorporate a live demo of the software in action.
