HELLO VENDORS!

Please consider purchasing booth space in the exhibit hall for the 2026 Water Environment Association of Utah Annual Conference. The exhibit hall will be set up like previous years with some slight modifications to increase the number of available booths inside the exhibit hall to provide you with numerous opportunities to make contact with our water quality professionals. Some of these opportunities include serving break snacks, drinks, and coffee in the exhibit hall, providing you, the exhibitors, with raffle tickets to pass out to those who visit your booth, opening the exhibit hall early for setup so that you may attend the golf tournament, and reminding attendees that exhibitors are available all day.

Exhibitor Power Lunch on Thursday, April 16th! This longer lunch will bring attendees directly into the Exhibit Hall with tall “cabaret tables” placed throughout the booth aisle to allow for vendors and participants to meet and discuss opportunities while enjoying lunch together.

Mobile Sessions - we are currently working on developing a plan to have mobile sessions that bring participants directly to exhibitor booths during the Presentation Sessions. More to come on this effort!

Exhibit Hours

Wednesday, April 15th, 2026: 8:00am - 4:40pm
Thursday, April 16th, 2026: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Installation/Dismantling of Exhibits

Booths are 10’ x 10’. There are also six (6) truck/large vehicle booths 40’ x 20’ available.

Exhibitors may begin set up on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 9:00am
Set-up must be completed no later than 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
No packing of exhibits or materials may begin prior to 2:00pm, Thursday, April 16, 2026.

All materials must be removed no later than 6:00 pm on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

Booth Rate includes

6’ draped table, two chair, two name badges
Two Wednesday lunches, two Thursday lunches, coffee/juice/donuts both mornings (additional meals for your 3rd, 4th, etc. representatives are $50 per day)
Power and WiFi internet

A portion of your fee will go towards raffle prizes. We will be located in Exhibit Hall “C” in the Dixie Center. Booths are available on a first come first served basis, with preference given to Platinum Sponsors and Exhibitors purchasing multiple booths. Platinum Sponsorship must be completed before vendor registration opens to receive the booth preference. Visit www.weau.org to become a Platinum Sponsor. Please pick your #1, #2, and #3 choices when you register.

REGISTRATION

Please register via the WEAU website @ www.weau.org through the Conference Exhibitor Registration page.
Registration will start on February 23rd at 9:00am MT.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026 will receive a 75% refund. Those received after April 1, 2026 will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be sent to Mike Chambers at the email address below.
